Salad Restaurant
If all you want is salad, and you don't care whether it's organic, this might be the right place for you. Very good selection of salad, but not a great source of protein for vegetarians or vegans. Soups are sometimes vegetarian. Two locations: one on Stone, the other on Broadway.
