Veg-friendly haute cuisine
The head chef formerly worked at Millennium in San Francisco. His restaurant is part of a new trend of vegetarian and vegan-friendly dining in Buenos Aires. While the restaurant does offer fish, it also gives diners the options of vegetarian or vegan dishes. Make sure to make a reservation beforehand as they only seat 12 people per night. Meals are prix-fixe.
The restaurant is itself a small house and creates an intimate atmosphere where diners talk to each other over food.
The cuisine is distinctly South American with local, organic ingredients. It has been features in the New York Times Magazine and The Washington Post.
