I am going to write a review of this place but I am not totally sure I have visited the actual store. I tried cross-checking the address for where I visited but I'm not familiar enough with Cuernavaca neighborhoods or addresses to know if it's one in the same.
I went with friends to pick up their kids at this school (I believe it was Waldorf School) and there was a veg-friendly, healthy cafe within the campus. I saw "Buena Tierra" written on the wall but I'm not sure if that's the name of the place or if it was just a phrase. I believe the cafe is private for the school children's parents and visitor, but I'm not sure.
In any case, the cafe was lovely. It was the first place that I found that had tofu and I noticed it because they had samples of tofu marinated in soy sauce or hoison sauce available on the counter. The small pack of tofu was $3, which is average for the US but expensive for Mexico, although perhaps not so much given it's inavailability. I picked up a pack of the tofu and got some warm hibiscus tea (flor de Jamaica) and called it a day. There were lovely small tables and the setting was beautiful.
