Features breakfast and brunch staples and has a separate vegan section of the menu. For breakfast, their vegan choices include hash browns, grits, oatmeal pancakes, biscuits and gravy, curry tofu scramble, burgers, home made sausage and more. For lunch, their vegan choices are: veggie burgers (on vegan focaccia with mufalata sauce and vegannaise served with organic baby greens and your choice of dressing), smoked and roasted Beet salad, kalamata olive hummus sandwich on vegan focaccia.
The chef says, "I am proud to be able to serve the vegan and gluten- free community, I don't wish to give the pretense that I am a vegan or gluten-free. I do my best to use quality ingredients and use them responsibly and respectfully. I have put together these selections and rely on my vegan and gluten-free customers to further influence my knowledge of gluten-free and vegan choices."
