Restaurant, Coffee/Tea/Juice, Caterer
Since 1984, this is the only restaurant of its kind in Israel. Vegan, organic, raw, kosher (exceeds strict kosher laws ) food, parve, restaurant and take away. No dairy products, no meat or meat by-products.
The menu features a wide selection of home cooked dishes including tofu, mock meat (wheat gluten), casseroles, stir-fries, salads, veggie steaks, tofu quiches, veggie burgers, tofu teriyaki, Shwarma, pepper-steak, vegetable brown rice, pasta, casseroles and vegetable dishes. There is both a Salad bar and Juice bar. They also sell Soy ice-cream and other non-dairy desserts.
This restaurant has a small, very clean, pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Everything is home-made including tofu, wheat-gluten, breads, soy ice-cream, sauces, salad dressings…everything. It is owned by the English-speaking African Hebrew Israelite Community (www.kingdomofyah.com), which is totally vegan.
