5 Words: Giant Vegan Peanut Butter Cups!!!

My only regret was telling my wife to buy just 1 of them.

With regards to the food, it was excellent! I had "The Truckstop", which is basically a huge burrito stuffed with Tofu, Potatos, Peppers and Onions, smothers with Gravy and Hash Browns on the side. It was yummy deliciousness that kept me stuffed for at least a few hours.

My Wife had the Veggie Burger, and was nice enough to share a bite. Very good! If you're Vegan or Vegetarian and heading through Dallas, you'd be crazy not to stop here!

I love that Spiral Diner & Bakery have a special menu for customers with soy and wheat allergies! We drove 20 minutes to come eat at the Spiral Diner. The atmosphere is a classic 50s style American diner vibe. But everything is vegan and organic whenever possible! Joy! My husband and I love Spiral Diner's raw chocolate pie! All the food at Spiral Diner is delicious.

If you want a very special or romantic date night atmosphere I recommend the upscale vegan V-Spot cafe.

I love the Spiral Diner & Bakery because they have an allergy friendly menu that is soy-free and wheat-free. I have eaten here four times. I have allergies to beans, legumes, peanuts, soy, tofu, wheat, gluten, all grains and mushrooms.

I am a raw vegan and I enjoyed the Raw Salad with a raw walnut dressing $7.50. I added a raw nut patty to my salad. It was delicious! The Brown Rice Pasta Primavera is delicious and is only $9.95 (but it is not raw). I am in love, love, love with the raw chocolate torte!

My husband eats here more often than I do. He loves the Potato Salad. We make a trip over just so he can get a large order of it. He also really likes, Ramsey's Perfect Protein Platter $7.95, Viva Las Migas Breakfast Burrito $9.95, the Hot Hummus Wrap $8.50, the El Paso Burger with a nut patty $8.25, and the Red Coconut Curry Noodles $9.95. He has tried the Cookies n'Cream shake, Chocolate Mountain Mudslide and the raw chocolate mouse torte. He said his favorite is the raw chocolate torte.

We love spiral diner!

Hands down THE most fabulous restaurant in Dallas. BEST vegan nachos I've ever had, amazing McNut burgers, awesome strawberry cupcakes, something called a Deathstar Sundae (no words to describe it, you just have to try it), and a delicious delicious tofu club sandwich which you can get on some amazing spelt-quinoa bread.

The wait staff is awesome, too.

Certainly not for the super health concious, but it is super yummy! One of the things most vegans/vegetarians miss is true comfort food and Spiral has it in spades. I recommend the BBQ sandwich- delish! Great to enjoy with friends, on a date, or by yourself!

Best place to eat in the DFW area. I'm not even a true vegan to any extent, but I always have a good meal in this place. I moved to the Dallas area from Houston and was not happy with the restaurant scene until I found this place. Since experiencing the flavorful variety of foods offered at the Spiral I have begun making the change to vegetarian.
