Loving Hut is a nice addition to the limited vegan options for those working in the FiDi or North Beach. They serve both vegan Chinese and American food. We've only been a few times so we haven't had the chance to try many things, but my bf thought the yam crescents (vegan shrimp) and wontons were great. Last time we went, I wasn't in the mood for Chinese, so I had their Champion Burger with fries, which were delicious. I like that I can get vegan pasta when he's craving wontons or vice versa. They are very pleasant and their pastry case is full of cakes and treats we have yet to try.

Ate here on the strength of Happy Cow reviews and found it to be a disappointment compared to the Golden Era we'd ate at previously. The decor is very basic and it's really offputting that the Supreme Master propaganda is on a big screen TV on the wall - very strange! Food was basic and nothing you can't get in other good vegan/veggie locations in SF. Not recommended.
