If you are north of the cities and in the suburban realm, this is a great place to purchase organic and vegan food items. They have a nice selection fresh items, prepared foods and small deli.
In addition to the food fare, they offer classes on cooking and health and wellness.

The deli makes a grilled tempeh sandwich option that's positively delightful. The first time i ordered it, i was unprepared for the rosemary they put on it, but i have since discovered they are correct in doing so. And it's called the Laura Ingalls, which makes it all that much more bewitching.
I only wish it came with better side options than their standard potato-salad or chip-and-dip. Those i find unimpressive.
This place is very impressive and I'm thrilled that it is so close to my apartment! This is the BEST market with veg options that I've ever been to. They have numerous items that I haven't found elsewhere. A few things they have include the line of Chreese products, Oats Creme, vegan gummi bears, a variety of veggie meats and cheeses, etc. They also have a deli which lists quite a few veggie selections, soups, and even vegan soft serve ice cream.
