The real reason to go to Bob's is for their colloquial staff and strong coffee. The music playing is always good (they also take requests--alternative mostly played) and they have biker movie nights, a great atmosphere, and some interesting tattoo stories. The vegan options are sub-bar compared to an all-vegan cafe, but it is very vegetarian friendly. They let you bring your own food (i had my own soup once, they even accommodated me with a bowl and microwave).

i wouldn't eat here. there is a vegan soup every now and then but they lack taste and a palatable consistency. and i really dislike their coffee. i did like the coffee before it changed ownership, but now it tastes like they double brew the grinds..............

They have the usual soy milk options for coffee drinks, and Naked juice. You can get Italian soda, but that's at most coffee shops now. As for food - not many vegan options. I think they have potato chips. The menu on the chalf board says they have Veganaise, but according to my friend who works there - they haven't had it in several months, and she's not sure if it's ever coming back. It's a fun place to go though - just don't plan on eating there.
