I really don't know where to begin. From the superb hospitality to the delicious entree's, I couldn't of been recommended a more better veg./ ind. restaurant in town. Try the Rasam soup if you can handle a little spice. Then fill your tummy with either the Mushroom Masala or the Rava Masala Dosai. Your sure to enjoy & it will have you going back for more!

Went there this evening for the first time. I dined alone. I was seated immediately and ordered. While I waited, the owner helped me log onto their WIFI. Minutes later my food arrived. I had such a good experience that I felt compelled to write an online review. As a vegetarian (who is vegan at home, but vegetarian outside of the house if no vegan options are available) I greatly appreciate their extensive menu, and their prices are very reasonable. I look forward to sharing this restaurant with my friends and family.

Additionally, all the food that I ate was made to order and veganized. They are extremely accommodating of one's dietary restrictions.

This restaurant was owned by a South Indian guy who made authentic South indian Vegetarian food. recently Place was sold out to somebody from North India. The food has lost its authenticity now. looks like the previous cooks do not work there. I could not eat the food last time i was there. the new owners are destroying the place. My humble request: Bring back the old chefs. You cannot cook South Indian food.

My husband and I have been visiting Woodlands in Lauderhill ever since we moved back to South Florida in 2007. It is always difficult to find vegetarian restaurants (we are vegetarians), so we were pleased when we discovered Woodlands. The food is absolutely delicious, and the menu is packed with lots of variety! So far, our favorites are the Paneer Chili and the Channa Bhatura. The Mysore Masala Dosa is fabulous, too! Don't forget to have a mango lassi...they are top notch :) For dessert, I suggest the Badam (almond) Halwa!
