A hip mini-burger restaurant in Scottsdale
Their mini-burgers include a veggie (black bean and quinoa) option, which can be ordered Stax style or topped with your choice of several toppings and aiolis. They also have a hummus-veggie-bread plate, bruschetta, several salads, sweet potato fries, tator tots, macaroni and cheese, etc.

When I heard this was a "burger place," I was hesitant to go. But I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a hip restaurant with vegetarian choices that sounded really good to me. My husband and I each got a veggie mini-burger and split a hummus plate, and the total was $14. I will definitely go back...but at an off time, because it was fairly small and packed.
