Authentic Mexican food in a pleasant atmosphere.
My family's first experience at Pancho's revealed food that tasted 100 percent fresh and authentic.
The standout dish was a stuffed pablano pepper, as well as fresh salsa and tortilla chips offered as a free appetizer.
Menu includes both meat and meatless dishes, with a discreet, extensive vegetarian section to the menu. Perfect for mixed parties of vegetarians and meat-eaters. As with all restaurants in New York State, Pancho's is smoke-free.
