This is an organic, environmentally-friendly, gourmet hotdog and sausage restaurant. They have a vegan Italian sausage dog served in a warm, soft bun that was awesome with all the fixins on top. The also had a vegan gazpacho on the menu. I actually talked to the owner, and he was super nice and was very enthusiastic about having vegan options on the menu. And they had two vegan desserts: a chocolate fudge brownie and a blueberry crunch bar. The blueberry bar will knock your socks off! It's thick and gooey, crammed full of berries and topped with a crunchy oat streusel. Without a doubt one of my favorite vegan desserts in Chicago. Definitely check this place out!!!
