I've only eaten their lunch buffet, which costs about $8, and is quite good. There's plenty of vegan and vegetarian food available, but you need to ask for the former.

Love the Taj. Dinner buffet is $12.99 and kids 9 and over pay the full boat. Fine by me as my 10 year old eats as much as any adult. The vegetarian choices have diminished recently but you can still find something. I'm not a fan of cilantro and they're pretty good about not overdoing it. My only recent complaint is that, while my son will eat vegetarian and vegan foods, being a 10 year old he'll choose the fried meat if available and recently they've started putting out sesame chicken. Ouch! I spoke to the owner about it, first that it's not an Indian dish, and 2nd that it just fattens our kids.
