Since 2001, Crosby Catering has been dedicated to providing food for vegetarian and vegan dining events. To begin, appetizers from their menu include hummus, salsa, bean dip, lentil dip, tabouli, cheese trays, finger sandwiches, vegetable platter, and a lot more. They offer numerous salads and soups including Indian Dahl, Moroccan chickpea, Cream of Tomato Basil Soup, and various bean soups, among many others. They have a large variety of vegan and vegetarian entrees and sides as well. Desserts include cakes, cookies, brownies, and pies. They have smoothies too.
In addition, they offer organic, bird-friendly, fair-trade coffee.
