Chinese and pan-asian restaurant with fake meat and bubble tea
A-Fusion is an Asian-fusion restaurant - serving largely Chinese dishes - in Amsterdam's Chinatown.
Included on the menu is a vegetarian section which has fake meat ("nep vlees"). Although only a few dishes are listed here, generally any meat dish on the menu can be requested to be made with the fake meat.
They are also one of only two places in Amsterdam serving bubble tea.
Directions:
Just off of Nieuwmarkt on the north eastern corner.
5 minutes south of Centraal Station and just across the square from the Nieuwmarkt metro (lines 51, 53, and 54).
