Serious pizza and sandwiches

New Seward location for a local favorite! Huge delivery zone for the Seward & University areas, including a little bit of Saint Paul.

Pizza Luce has great food and a lively atmosphere, and some of the very best pizza in the cities. They're also one of the few pizza places to cater to vegans: pizza options include "rinotta cheese" and two kinds of mock duck, as well as a wide range of vegetable toppings from sundried tomatos to corn. Menu also includes vegan appetizers and sandwiches.

The vegan soy cheese is good, and the atmosphere at this location is nice as well. The server knew to veganize the bread that came with our vegan salad and I'm always confident that my order will come out vegan. Try the Greek salad with tofu instead of feta - it's really good.

Great vegan options! A large variety of vegan pizzas, pasta, and sandwiches.

Update: The new menu has soy cheese that is vegan! The vegan cheese toast appetizer with the new soy cheese reminds me exactly of the real thing. Other new things are vegan sausage and pepperoni pizza toppings. With the new cheese and pizza toppings, I think this is the best place to get vegan pizza in Minneapolis now!

Luce's soy cheese is vegan now! They have a fairly new menu, and they have several yummy appetizers that can be made vegan (not just the vegan cheese bread anymore)! Try the greek olive tapenade (specify for it to be made vegan), and you will just die from delight!

I love the vegan muffaletta! I usually order this about 2x a month. The rinotta cheese is terrible, terrible stuff. We ordered a pizza with the rinotta and it came super soggy with huge clumps of white, garlicky goo. Now, I would order anything from Pizza Luce minus the rinotta cheese.

The food is pretty much the same as the other locale Luce's. The outdoor seating that is available is less than desirable (being close to a high-traffic street and bus fumes).

Very trendy restaurant with choices for everyone whether vegan or not. They prepare numerous faux meats to top your pizza and offer a good selection of desserts.
