Lots of awesome vegetarian choices. Probably 25 or so vegetarian sandwiches to chose from. I've been eating there for over 10 years, and the menu keeps getting added to.
The thai tempeh is exceptional.
Plenty of salads to chose from.
Numerous tempeh, tofu, and eggplant choices.
A popular college destination, having won many best of boulder awards.
The caprese sandwich is scrumptious...ask them to add papadews.
