Well appointed dining room with trendy fusion menu.

One of the few places with California style fusion cooking in Geneva, Mövenpick have taken the extra step of marking vegetarian dishes on the menu. The decor is lovely as well, and there's a large non-smoking section. The mushroom ravioli on the regular menu is vegan, but the huge selection of ice-cream is of course not. They've also got a great wine list, including, believe it or not, a few fine offerings from California.
