Souper Salad is an all-you-can-eat salad bar that features build-your-own items and pre-made items as well. They have various kinds of fresh vegetables and fruits, vegan vegetable soup, vegetarian soup, many different cold pasta and potato dishes (with ingredients listed), and a variety of breads, cookies, etc.
Souper Salad offers catering and takeout as well.

Souper Salad's great for a quick, cheap, simple vegan meal. With a huge fresh salad bar with lots of veggies, you can make yourself a truly formidable salad. Most buffet items are clearly labeled whether they're vegetarian or vegan (the cornbread, I believe, is a vegan bread option.) You can also get baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. At least one vegetarian soup is always featured daily (sometimes it is also vegan.)
