Mexican (Yucatan) food stall with a separate veggie menu, much of which is vegan (though one item isn't even vegetarian!). They also have a full service restaurant at 2501 W 6th Street.
The Mercado la Paloma also has other food stalls.

The food here is good, & fresh, though a bit bland for my tastes, and their Horchata is great. I'd recommend trying the Arroz con Platanos (rice with plantain).
