Inman Park Cupcake Baker offers Veggie and Vegan Delights
This delightful exclusively cupcake bakery seems to be constantly expanding its offerings every month, without a lapse in quality. They offer all vegetarian offerings, and have started to roll out vegan alternatives to their classic flavors (a double chocolate with a near realistic faux buttercream frosting now graces the display rack).
Other choices for non-vegan veggies are cookies and cream, mint cookies, double vanilla, raspberry infused chocolate, coconut, strawberry, chocolate chip, lemon, and peanut-butter banana.
I was told that she's trying to gradually move a lot of her flavors over to vegan over the next few months, and said she's trying to match the same quality and taste as her non-vegan offerings.
