Home-style vegetarian and vegan cooking

This health food store selling supplements, grains, cereals, flours, natural snacks, incense, books and meditation CDs is located in a shopping center. They offer juices and shakes made to order, and also daily specials. These include include cauliflower-sunflower seed soup and tofu scramble on Monday, chickpea and calabaza stew on Tuesday, couscous with spinach on Wednesday, pea and tofu curry on Thursday and vegetarian meatballs on Friday, with extra choices added each day, and Saturday's menu being a surprise.
There are tofu dishes almost every day, and also vegetarian lasagna.
Dessert choices include carrot muffins, carob and cream cheese cake, and apple cinnamon cake.

Entrees are $15 and under.

Offers takeout and vegetarian cooking classes some Saturdays.
