Woman owner is also the head cook with lots of experience. Her son runs the dining room together with other staff. Tiny but nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Food and service on our visits have been top notch. Nice presentation too. Located just north of Chapel Hill in a strip mall with other good dining options and an art house cinema, etc. You'll like it!
This is a good restaurant but beware if you are a vegetarian that eats cheese, because I've asked and they DO NOT ascertain that all cheeses served are made from rennet and enzymes from non-animal sources. In fact I was told that the American Cheese in one of their wraps was definitely not veg and contained animal rennet.
