Maoz in Paris is in a very busy little neighborhood of Greek restaurants and touristy stuff. There is very little seating, so you are lucky if you get a place to sit, but if the weather is good, you are only a block from the Seine River and a block and a half from Notre Dame...
There is a whole bar of condiments to put on your sandwich (almost all of them vegan). The Belgian-style fries are delicious as well.

This is my favorite falafel in Paris! When I used to live there my roommate and I went every day. The guys who work there are from Morocco, and speak French and a little bit of English. Order the Maoz Humus and put everything on it! If you're scared of hot salsa, don't put either of the green sauces on.
