Vietnamese Vegan Food
Nhut Quang Vegan Restaurant is a restaurant that just opened in November 2007. The atmosphere is very casual, with fluorescent lighting and nondescript furniture. Nhut Quang serves over 80 dishes that are all vegan, including rice and noodle dishes and faux meats (such as rice and noodle-based dishes, vegetable dishes, and dishes with tofu or vegan chicken, beef, pork, fish, ham and rib). Nhut Quang is located at next to the Shell station at NE 82nd & Fremont. Right now, it's really easy to miss it when you drive by since there is no sign out; look for the Shell station sign.
Closed for renovations.

Super good food, owner and family are vegan. The portions are big and the food is fresh and tasty. Haven't had anything yet I didn't love, so anything on the menu is a good bet. Definitely try the BBQ steamed bun and the lemongrass "chicken".

I have not been there yet, but I just talked to someone who says that "the food was tasty, the portions were large, the prices were low, and the owner was friendly." I've also heard that the waiters didn't speak English well; my friend ended up with a dish that was extremely spicy in spite of asking for non-spicy food.
