Coffees (they have soy milk) and vegan pastries!
Bollos offers your standard fair of coffees that can be made with soymilk. Their big draw, however, is that they offer 2-3 vegan baked goods on a daily basis. These vary from raspberry banana bread, cinnamon muffins, apple struesel--it changes daily. Some of the bakers have been known to add honey to vegan items (out of ignorance more than intention), so please make sure you ask about that before purchasing!
