101 Bistro is a busy eatery in downtown Phoenix featuring a plethora of Veg-friendly Middle Eastern cuisine. The owner is the former head chef of the ever-popular local chain of Pita Jungle restaurants, so the menu/food is very similar to Pita Jungle. Though, Bistro 101 is more Veg-friendly!
