Half Sweets has two menus--one raw and one organic--so presumably, the raw items are not organic. The raw menu has tacos, nori and sushi rolls, and salads, and the organic menu has pancakes, curries, and soups. They also have a number of vegan desserts, including cookies and ice cream.
They have both English and Japanese menus but the staff only speaks Japanese.
They have a counter with stools and a few small tables for dining in. They are located inside the Isetan beauty building (Park City 1) on the ground floor.
Exit at Shinjuku station (EAST exit) and take a right. Go a few blocks and take a left at the main street after the Isetan department store. Turn right at the next main street (2nd stop light) and walk a few blocks. When you get to Starbucks, you'll see the Isetan beauty building kitty-corner to it, with green neon lighting.
