The Outer Crepe offers up a variety of crepes with influences from different world cuisines.
It features a mixed menu of veg and non-veg fare, but they proudly have a sign on their upper-floor deck advertising their vegetarian and vegan food. They only open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

The Outer Crepe is a nice vegan-friendly oasis in P-town. Any crepe can be made with traditional batter, vegan batter, and gluten free batter (buckwheat). I had a savory build-your-own crepe, and it was delicious: flavorful, all the ingredients were well-seasoned, and the crepe was light and crispy. I also had a side of very flavorful veggie sausage. The owner of the shop is very friendly and willing to answer questions.
