Sorbettos in P-town
The Purple Feather is a chocolate shop that also sells gelato and sorbettos. They offer a variety of sorbetto flavors, which by definition are vegan (no dairy). Just be sure to ask which flavors are sorbettos.

The sorbettos here are delicious, with a smooth and creamy texture. When I stopped in, they had 7 different sorbetto flavors available - I tried three, and they were all excellent.
