Vegetarian Buffet
Located in Castle Medical Center, this hidden treasure has a totally vegetarian menu. Pali Gardens has a cafeteria atmosphere, but the buffet is inexpensive.
Some of the dishes served are Vegetarian Burger, Vegetarian Curry with Brown Rice, Fresh Fruit and Salad Bar, Eggplant with Ricotta Cheese and Mushrooms, and Tofu Walnut Bar.
Note: they open really early during the week.
