more than just noodles
90% of menu items are vegan by default. For an additional charge, you can add awesome baked tofu, more veggies, or meat (if you're dining with non-vegetarians). They do have non-pasta items; some of their menu can be served on a bed of vegetables or greens instead of pasta, too. The daily soups and desserts are also very good. They also have a new location in the Village on Whitesburg.

The food tastes great. But a quick look at the nutritional info shows that most of their dishes are high in cholesterol. Which means that they contain animal product. A couple of their Italian dishes are garnished with cheese and you can get them without the garnish. But I think that saying that 90% of the menu is vegan is a real stretch of the imagination. I've also found that how easy it is to get substitutions/changes made depends on the person taking the order.
