Vegetarian Indian Food
Madras Pavilion is a vegetarian Indian restaurant which has locations in Austin, Dallas, and Houston too. They focus almost entirely on Southern Indian cuisine. At lunch, they offer a buffet and while at dinner you can order from the menu. You'll have to find out which options are vegan (some include ghee).
