Choose Your Own Stir-Fry with tons of choices
Fire and Ice has a large buffet of raw ingredients and sauces where at the end of the buffet, you hand your bowl of food over to a cook who will cook the food on a gigantic grill.
There are tons of veggies as well as tofu to make your own stir fry with. If Asian stir fry isn't your thing, there are Mexican, Italian, and Caribbean flavors/ingredients as well.
The waitstaff is more than willing to allow you to take a look at the "black book" of sauces which lists every ingredient in every sauce as well as all the allergens. The cooks will also take your food back to the kitchen to cook on a separate grill if you like.

The food here was average to below average. There was an impressive amount and variety of vegetables as well as tofu available.
While it was nice that the waitress allowed me to peruse the ingredient list of all the sauces, I was disappointed to see so many with eggs or dairy that I would not normally think should have those ingredients.
The overall price is too expensive in my opinion. While it is an unlimited buffet, I don't know if I'd ever be able to go up more than once. This would be a great place to go with a bunch of omnivores and picky kids, though.
