Fancy Italian food inside the NYNY Hotel and Casino.

Nestled inside the NYNY Casino is Il Fornaio, an Italian restaurant with a large "patio" overlooking an indoor pond/stream as well as seating sheltered from the constant foot traffic of the Casino.

There is at least one item on the menu that is vegan: the minestrone soup. It is listed as vegan on the menu. They also make their pizza with or without cheese and one pasta selection is Capellini Al Pomodoro, which consists of pasta, veggies, garlic, basil, and olive oil.

Again, the vegan-ness will have to be verified, but any restaurant using the word vegan on the menu is promising.
