High Tech Burrito is a super Veg-friendly fast-casual Mexican restaurant with designation on menu items and ingredients as being vegetarian, vegan and/or both.
Step 1, Choose your Veg burrito:
Fresh sauteed Veggies
Braised Tofu
Bean and cheese (or just beans)
Step 2, Choose your burrito style:
Traditional (tortilla choices of wheat, white, garlic herb, or low fat)
Bowl (topped with lettuce and chips)
Plate (served on lettuce, smothered in Ranchero sauce with sour cream and crumbled cheese)
Step 3, Customize your taste, adding:
Pinto or black beans
Spanish or brown rice
Mild, hot, or nuclear salsa
Cilantro
Jalapeno
Lettuce
Red onion
Tomatoes
Green onions
At an additional cost:
Black olives
Mild green chiles
Sauteed Veggies
There's also regular menu items, but the only Veg item is a Salad Burrito (consisting of guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, beans, brown rice, and mild salsa, served in a whole wheat tortilla.
