Pizzaria with vegan options
This is a lovely pizzaria with a surprising number of vegan options in an otherwise non-vegan-friendly area. They have a salad bar with tons of vegan toppings (including veggies, beans, nuts, and tofu), and they have a number of vegan pizzas you can order.

This place was great and it's right next to a huge park/hiking area, so you can spend the whole day working up an appetite then chowing down on vegan food. I had the salad bar and a pizza and both were really good and reasonably priced.
