Jenni's is a sort of hipster hangout type of place that offers a lot of vegan options. About half to two-thirds of the dishes on the menu can be made vegan.
The menu includes various noodles soups, noodle salad, and stir fries. They also have dumplings and spring rolls. Cuisines include Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese style.
While the address is on Jefferson St, you can't really see the restaurant from Jefferson. It's on the west end of of a little strip mall, and the restaurant storefront is really on Hutchins.

The food was pretty good, and it came out very quickly. It's not the best Thai or Chinese I've ever heard by a long shot, but I do appreciate the clearly marked vegan options. It's near the University of Houston, which is convenient, and if you're in the area it's worth checking out.
It also worked well for my group, since I was the only vegan, and the others I was with wouldn't've wanted to go to an all-veg restaurant.
