Best Mexican food in North Dakota, point blank. A trip to Fargo really isn't complete without a stop to either their little burrito shop on 13th Ave S. or their full-service restaurant downtown. I don't believe many (if any) items on the menu are bona-fide vegan, but they are more than willing to accommodate and the food doesn't suffer when they do. I tend to fly more than I drive these days, so I don't make it through Fargo as often as I would like; when I do, however, I always stop at Juano's.
