Contemporary American Cuisine
Of all the "upscale" restaurants in the Fargo-Moorhead area this is the only restaurant that I have found to be even half way vegetarian friendly. Even though they featured only one vegetarian/vegan option (yes, it was the good old penne) on the menu they were very willing to cook other entrees. The entree that they created was absolutely delicious and did not feel at all like a hodge-podge of ingredients from other items on the menu.
