Sushi Tango doesn't have as many vegan/vegetarian options as other sushi restaurants but my friends really enjoy their sushi so I go with them frequently for drinks and appetizers. They have made their Age Dashi tofu for me with a vegetarian sauce so I'm sure they will veganize what they can upon request. Their veggie tempura maki is a must try for vegetarians. It's delicious!
The tempura has egg, the dashi has bonito and there is only one veggie maki roll. We left without ordering.
