Cozy Noodles is a Thai noodle shop tucked away in Wrigleyville. The interior is creatively-decorated with LOTS of toys on the shelves on the walls, and it gives the place a fun atmosphere.
There are plenty of veg friendly dishes on the menu. Just make sure to ask the server to leave the fish sauce out otherwise it they'll just put it on.
Directions:
On Sheffield right north of Clark, take the #22. Also accessible from the Addison stop of the red line. Walk 1/2 block west to Sheffield and 1 long block south.

Very cute interior here. The service is fine, but I had to send back my dish once because there was egg when I had explicitly asked for no egg. The food itself is just OK - a little too greasy and a little too salty.
