Carly's has really delicious food and a great atmosphere! I've eaten there twice and really enjoyed my meal both times. I normally go downtown for the Phoenix Art Walk on the first Friday of each month (which is a really fun treat and great opportunity to support local artists), and usually end up at Carly's for a glass of wine afterwards. They have a full service bar, some great apps, and really delicious sandwiches. My friends are all non-vegetarians and they raved about their food as well, so there is something for everyone. The crowd there is eclectic and its a good place to go and people watch. One downside is that sometimes its hard to get a table. I would definitely recommend Carly's for vegetarians, and it seems like they have a decent selection for vegans as well. Overall two thumbs up!
