Small, family-owned Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant with several vegan options. Individual falafels can be purchased for only $.25.
Directions:
Located just west of 63rd and Kedzie, about 10 blocks north of Marquette Park. From downtown, you can take the Orange line to the Kedzie station, and then take the 52A bus southbound.

The little restaurant offers great Middle Eastern food for little cost. They are generous with their portions, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. I would highly recommend the Foule, which is a dish made with fava beans and spices, drizzled with olive oil and served warm with pita. Get a small salad on the side and a few falafel, and you will be stuffed for the rest of the evening!
