Onion Bhaji (chopped onions deep-fried in chickpea flour)
Aloo Chat (sauteed potatoes and green peas)

Aloo Mutter (potatoes and peas)
Malai Kofta (veg rolls stuffed with nuts and a cream sauce)
Channa Masala (chick peas in a garlic gravy)
Mutter Paneer (green peas and cheese)
Da Makhani (lentils in a tomato sauce)
Palak Paneer (spinach and chees)
Aloo Gobhi (cauliflower and potatoes)
Navratan Korma (veggies in a cream sauce)
Baingan Bharta (eggplant with tomatoes and onions)
Mushroom Mutter (with peas, tomatoes, onions)
Paneer Tikka Masala (cubed cheese in a tomato sauce)
Palak Aloo (potatoes cooked in spinach)
Bhindi-Do-Piaza (okra with garlic, ginger, and cumin)
Bainga Aloo (eggplant and potatoes)
Navratan Vindaloo (veggies in a spicy gravy)
Vegetable Jalfarezee (mixed veggies)
Vegetable Biryani (rice with veggies and nuts)
For dessert, try the rice pudding or the carrot pudding.
Lunch buffet daily, 11am-2:30pm. ($9 M-F, $12 Sat and Sun Champagne Brunch.)
