The Green's has a huge menu, all vegan. Lots of mock meat dishes, vegetable dishes, soups, etc. and fresh juices. The restaurant is nicely decorated and very quiet.
The lunch special is only $5.25 (Monday-Friday: 11am - 3:30pm and Saturday: Noon - 3pm); check out the web site for a list of what's included.

On the first floor. At Henry Street. Near Borough Hall Station. Take the 2 or 3 to Clark Street.
