Vegetarian Cafe

Evolution is a 99.9% vegan cafe (the only non-vegan thing is optional milk for coffee). The menu includes soups, salads, sandwiches, peanut noodles, veggie burgers, chili, lasagna, etc. Most produce and grains are organic. Oh Sweet Mama, the vegan bakery, is located inside Evolution, so you'll find all the vegan baked goods you want here. Sunday brunch includes vegan waffles, pancakes, scrambled tofu, home fries, homemade granola. The atmosphere is cozy; Evolution has sofas, magazines, and a courtyard.

Open Thursdays Friday & Saturday for dinner & performances and till midnight on Saturday (serving till 10 p.m.) with live jazz music.
