Cuisine of India
A varied vegetarian section of the menu, any item of which can be made vegan, e.g. mushrooms subbed for paneer. The Paratha and Aloo Paratha are also vegan, other breads are vegetarian.

The flavors are good but the quality is mediocre. Clearly they're using McDonald's hash browns in their potato appetizers. There is a better Indian restaurant (better food, less ambiance) one block north of Akbar, and they validate.
