Shelly's is a food cart at Pioneer Square, SW Broadway & Yamhill St. You can choose from a various sizes of burritos, all of which are vegetarian! Furthermore, Shelly's gives discounts for vegan burritos. As Northwest Veg says, shouldn't everyone be doing this? Also check out their lemonade, made from fresh squeezed lemons and homemade sugar syrup.
Note that on Monday to Friday they close at 5:50pm.

These folks are very friendly, even in the cold and wet! The honkin' size is truly large! That said, there is only one type of burrito, and only one type of tortilla (wheat), and the beans are a bit bland. Make sure you get plenty of love sauce and salsa as they are the highlights of their burritos.
